Tomato and Bean Soup

Tomato soup is one of my favorites soups and as a child I was so thrill eating it! now as an adult, it hasn't changed much:)
A dish of soup could be so nourishing and could be eaten as a whole meal.
So this soup that I've made is very simple because I've been cheating:) You probably know how it feels to come back home after a long day at work, hungry with low energies, so sometimes you have to use those shortcuts. Of-coarse I always prefer to eat and cook with fresh ingredients.

  • 1 can cubed tomatoes
  • 1 fresh peeled and chopped tomato
  • about 1 cup of frozen white beans
  • 1 stick of celery
  • chopped parsley for your taste, I used a handful
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove crushed and chopped
  • about 500 ml of chicken stock or vegetable or water or a mixture of stock and water
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • black pepper and salt for your taste

You could also use this recipe from Food.com

  1. Fry onion, garlic and carrot, celery and beans in a pot until onion is soft, about 5 minutes
  2. Add the fresh tomato stir and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the canned tomatoes and cook for a bout 3 minutes than add the stock  season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil and let simmer covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in the parsley and cook uncovered for 3 more minutes.

Galactic Nails DIY

I've been in love with the galactic trend recently and wanted to create this look on my nails, not a whole look but something that will have a galactic vibe into it.

So here are the manicure pictures, though I've been trying to get a better last step photo, but didn't succeed well.
How to create the look: You're going to need a sponge or an eyeshadow sponge to dab the second color.
2 nail polishes, I've been using the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Purple Potion no.26 and Revlon's Ocean Breeze.

First step after buffering your nails is to apply 2 coats of Purple Potion, or any other color of your choice and wait until dry.

Second step: apply a little Ocean Breeze onto the sponge.

Third step: dab the sponge with the color onto your nail tips couple of times.

For a super galactic result you could apply at the end, a coat of glittery nail polish.

Burgundy and Leopard Heart

Today it was raining and I could put my boots on:) and my favorite trench coat from Timeout.
The top bought on sale in H&M and pants are from Lee-Cooper.
The boots are an old purchase from a small shoe boutique in Belgrade, near the main boulevard of Knez Mihailova, which is my favorite boulevard in the whole world! There are lots of shops in there and cafes,  restaurants and galleries at the far end there is a big zoo and a park called "Kalemegdan" this park stands high above the Sava & Danube confluence.
If you want to visit Belgrade and you really should:) here is a great website of the city Belgrade.
So you got it right, these boots are very nostalgic for me:)

This fall I am also obsessed with blazers. Here are some great blazers I have found at Clothingloves.net.

You only need one, that is super flattering to your shape and here you go!
This season blazers are a must have, it's no longer only for business! Also the camouflage parkas are still with us for the cooler weather and they are so cool. Wholesale Womens Clothing is having a great collection of slim and oversize blazers and amazing outwear.

Studded Evening Look

Can't get enough of studded items!!! just love that trend, though I try not to but too many studded items, cause it's better to have one trendy item, in case it will go out of fashion.

Shine Bright Like a Star - Nail Wraps

Recently I bought a package of nail stickers, so I could have a special design or more of an easy way to do a manicure:) so while looking for some new cosmetics I bumped into these ones: Nail Rock  Designer Nail Wraps and chose this Gold stars on metallic blue, although wanted to get the Giraffe black on gold, but they ran out:)
I liked the result and it was very easy to apply and fast. The quality is good and the instructions are excellent.
The package contains a nail buffer and a stick.
I've also noticed that this company produces eye liners, eye shadows, tattoos and lip foils.

So here is my manicure, only used the sticker on one nail in each hand and the others were painted in Sally Hansen Purple Potion no. 26 its kind of purple-blue.
