Olympic Nails - DIY

I've got hooked to the Olympics!!! and above all to the gorgeous nails of the competitors, especially the swimmers.
The U.S.A gold medal winner, Missy Franklin with patriotic nail art, one hand in red with the American flag and the other one is the same only in blue.
The 400 m swimmer, Aimee Willmott, U.K had the Olympic symbol on her thumbs and red on the rest.

Here is the DIY for your Olympic nails in 5 steps:

Step 1: Apply 2 coats of white

Step 2: Take a piece of sellotape and a toothpick. Tape it on a flat surface
Step 3: Drip a drop of blue on the tape
Step 4: with the dipped toothpick draw a circle
Step 5: keep on 4 more times.
If you don't have green you could combine yellow and blue together

Quick&Easy Chocolate Muffins

This amazing recipe is from the Recipe Girl website. I found it to be very easy, smooth and chocolaty and it was just what I needed to fill my chocolate craving.
Used marshmallow fluff and walnuts for the topping.

Jungle Top with an Owl Necklace

Today I wore an high waist pants from Zara, a printed top and Irregular Choice flat sandals.
I would add a tan coloured bag and a cute owl necklace from Accessorize.
Also am wearing a turquoise nail polish:
