Today I was in the mood for baking without too much work, so I was looking for a basic recipe and I found this great and easy "Best Ever Muffins Recipe" from http://allrecipes.com/recipe/best-ever-muffins/
I added 1 tsp Vanilla essence
used 2 medium eggs instead of 1
and 1 cup of fresh diced peaches
and here are the results:
